Please note that the memberships for this year is now full.
Any new requests will be put on the list for 2027 season intake.

Permit Availability
Rod & Reels, Johnstone, will continue to have our permits.
We have changed the other supplier, details will be updated in the next week or two.
All members please note
Your club membership cards are now ready and we will be starting to send them out
this weekend, 21st February. Please be patient whilst we post them to the members that have currently paid.
You should receive them in plenty of time before the season starts.
Membership Newsletters
The club newsletter is currently being sent to all members along with details
of subscription cost and how to pay them.
It will be emailed to you, if we have your email address, so please keep the club informed.

End of Winter fishing on club waters
Sunday 15th February is the end of winter fishing on all club waters
Byelaws
Please note that there has been a change to two of the clubs byelaw.
Seasonal alterations or additions to the bye-laws shall be shown on Membership Cards and
POSTED on the clubs website, www.pgac.org.uk and click on the rules page.

There is a two fish limit on all club waters per day, except during club competitions.

AGM
The clubs Annual General Meeting will take place on Monday 24th November 2026
in the Boglestone Activity Centre, Port Glasgow at 19:00.
2026 Work Parties
Meeting place :- Gryffe Car Park.
A book will be provided for members to register and committee members will be on hand to organise what is required.

2026 SANACC Competitions

Club Book at GAC
Glasgow Angling Centre continues to offer members the opportunity to earn financial reward for the club. Members can request any purchase they make to be added to the ‘Club Book’. Ten percent of the value of your purchase will be added to the club account.
So all you have to do when at the checkout is ask the sales assistant to put your purchase in the ‘Club Book’. At the end of the season the club can collect the sum raised by member’s contributions, this money is then used towards prizes for junior members and raffle prizes at the Annual Prize Giving.
Senior Members Days
The Bothie will be open fortnightly from 11am-2pm to accommodate our new Senior Members Day.
This get together is for members to fish and exchange stories of the one that got away. Tea and coffee will be provided, bring your own lunch!
Rule Reminder
Size limits on the Gryffe and Harelaw have been raised to 11 inches. Secondly the Knocknair has been designated a catch and release water, so all Trout caught must be safely returned to the water..
